Most students pay in three instalments, at the start of each term. You can also pay the whole amount up front.
Yes, there’s a £100 deposit. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay with us (less any damages etc.).
We try to include everything you need so you can focus on doing you rather than dealing with the admin.
All of your utilities are included; gas, electricity, water and super fast wifi.
You’ll just need to arrange for insurance for your belongings and pay to use the laundry facilities. If you want a regular cleaning service for your room we can arrange this but the cost isn’t included in the rent.
Yes, you’ll need a UK-based guarantor (unless you choose to pay in full up-front).
This is someone that guarantees to cover your rent or any other payments (for example, if you damage the room) if you have trouble doing so.
We’ll need to see a copy of their passport and a recent utility bill to prove their identity and that they live in the UK.
